Accent Avondonderwijs start in september weer voor een periode van 30 weken met de cursus: “NT2”, een afkorting voor “Nederlands voor anderstaligen”. Het is bedoeld voor mensen met een niet-Nederlandse achtergrond. Dat zijn “oudkomers” (mensen die al meerdere jaren in Nederland wonen en die de taal beter willen leren) en “nieuwkomers”. Toelating is het gehele jaar door mogelijk.
Deze cursus is GEEN inburgeringsexamen, maar in de cursus komen de onderdelen zoals: schrijven, luisteren, spreken, lezen en begrijpen allemaal aan de beurt. De cursus biedt daarom ondersteuning en hulp bij het behalen van de inburgering.
De lessen zijn uit boeken, maar ook digitaal. Cursisten krijgen individuele aandacht en lessen op eigen niveau. Je kunt je inschrijven op verschillende niveaus: A0, A1 en A2.
Deze cursus inclusief lesmateriaal is gratis (voor inwoners van Rotterdam en Capelle)!
Naast praktische thema’s zoals “Bij de huisarts”, “de school van je kinderen”, “Goed verzekerd”, “Over Geld”, “In mijn buurt”, zullen bij de meer gevorderden ook grammatica en uitbreiding van woordenschat aan bod komen.
De NT2 cursus wordt gegeven op de volgende locaties:
- Capelle ( enkel voor inwoners van Capelle )
- Centrum ( enkel voor inwoners van Rotterdam )

De cursus NT2 wordt gegeven op de locaties
Accent Capelle 
Accent Centrum Accent Capelle Accent Zuid Accent Avondonderwijs starts each year in September with a 30 week course called “NT2” (Dutch as a second language). This is a course for adults who have a non-Dutch background. They could already be resident here for several years and want to improve their Dutch, or could be newcomers to the country. You may join the course at any time throughout the year.
This Dutch course is NOT for the civic integration exam, but it includes subjects such as: writing, listening, speaking, reading and comprehension. The course therefore gives you support and help with integration.
The lessons are based on books and digital material. Students receive individual attention and lessons are at their particular level. A student can enrol at levels: A0, A1 or A2.
This course including teaching materials is free of charge!
There are practical topics such as “At the Doctor’s”, “Your Child’s School”, “Properly Insured”, “About Money” and “In My Neighbourhood”. The more advanced students also learn about grammar and how to increase their vocabulary.
The NT2 course is taught at the following locations:
- Capelle ( only for residents of Capelle )
- Center ( only for residents of Rotterdam )
